The stay was fantastic! The room boasted breathtaking views and luxurious amenities, including a wonderful bathtub. Breakfast was a delight, with both local and gourmet options. Staff provided stellar service, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. Perfectly located near Jalan Alor for delicious dining and a link to Pavilion Mall.

The view from the 55th floor was breathtaking, especially at night. The evening happy hour at the rooftop bar was a highlight. The jacuzzi was out of service during my stay.

The breakfast on the 58th floor was awesome, with fresh avocado toast and dim sums cooked to order. Staff offered a welcome drink and ice gem cookies upon check-in. The view of the Petronas Towers at night was stunning!

The room on the 55th floor was amazing, with a huge bathtub and a stunning view of the Petronas Towers at night! We loved the welcome drink and the personalized ‘Salamat Detang’ message. The rooftop bar served very nice cocktails while we enjoyed the sunset.

The Banyan Retreat King room was really nice. The view was insane, especially of the Petronas Towers! Super comfy bed and loved the wind-down service with incense sticks and aroma candles. It felt calm and luxurious. Just wish the in-room breakfast had more options.

However, there were limited seating options in common areas, and the water quality could be improved.
